Tragedy as gunmen shot dead a man

In Kaduna state, some gunmen were suspected to have killed a man named, Christopher Joseph, aged 27 years old. The deceased body was said to have been found in Abuja-Kaduna expressway, having his hands and legs tied down. An interview with the deceased father shows that he spoke with his son last on 25th of March. He added that, they had no quarrel what so ever during their conversation. He further said, he didn't know that would be the last time he would converse with his son. Late Christopher was said to have been seeking for admission into the Ahmadu Bello Institution. (ABU). Before his death, he was into commercial motorcycle job. When the police station was visited by his family members, they informed them about what happened. They were further shown  Christopher's picture and his body was identified at Gwamna Awan hospital mortuary, Nasarawa. His body was therefore released for burial. Former aviation minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has described the minister of transport, Rotimi Amaechi as a serial traitor. Fani-Kayode's comment was contained in a statement by his media aide, Jude Ndukwe. Fani-Kayode had alleged in a tweet that the Lagos apartment where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commmission discovered huge cash belongs to Amaechi. Responding to the former minister's allegation, Amaechi's media aide, David Iyofor questioned the mental state of Fani-Kayode. “Someone will just sniff something then comes on Twitter to rant incomprehensible nonsense. It seems like more and more Nigerian youth have realised that hard work pays. Most ladies these days prefer to be independent rather than depend on others to help them survive. A hardworking undergraduate student, Vivian Okpara, who hawks groundnut and banana to see herself through school has gone viral on social media after she was seen selling in school premises. The young lady who is a Theology student at the National Open University of Nigeria, Ibadan campus was seen selling at her usual spot. She expressed that she has been hawking for her mother since she was in secondary school. Okpara added that she continued the trade even after she entered university in 2013. A young man was recently exposed by a Mavrodian who claimed that he had been going around defrauding MMM users by asking them to pay him a token to unfreeze their money. The young man identified as Bejide Oluwaseun, however reached out to NAIJ.com to clear the air on the accusations on ground. Bejide claims that he never met the Mavrodian identified as Stanley, adding that he never attempted to scam anybody. Matharoo sisters who blackmailed Otedola escapes police custody, surety imprisoned (photo)

It could be recalled that few months back, two Indian sisters and Canadian citizen Kiran and Jyoti Mathroo were involved in the blackmail of one of Nigeria’s billionaire, Femi Otedola, his wife and daughter, DJ Cuppy.
