The actor, pastor Ajidara, ( Adeshina Adesanya) mostly known for his role as a pastor in a film Abela pupa, produced by Olaiya Igwe ( Ebun Oloyede) is dead. He died after a very long battle with kidney related sickness, his son confirmed how his father suffered from this illness. His death was confirmed by Mr Latin who on his social media platform announced pastor Ajidara's death, with his picture and the caption: ' and the man died few minutes ago' Not quite long, Mr Latin took to his social media to urge citizens to help raise fund so as to treat the man but unfortunately, pastor Ajidara died. May his soul rest in peace!

The Senate president, Bukola Saraki has been facing trial at Code Of Conduct Tribual (CCT) since 2015. However, yesterday, when the prosecution counsel, Rotimi Jacobs (SAN) announced the closure of case against Saraki, he told the CCT, of his intention to file a no-case-submission as announced by the prosecution counsel, in the charges levied against him by the federal government on false declaration of property. Paul Erokoro, the senate President's counsel thereby inform tribunal that he would require a complete record of proceedings since 2015,that the case started, in order for Saraki to make his no-case-submission. They were therefore opposed by Jacobs, the prosecution counsel that the quest of court proceedings before making a no-case-submission, should be evidence based not on court proceeding. Godwin Emefiele, governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), paid a visit to the presidential villa, Abuja yesterday, 4th of May. The governor was said to have a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari. In his speech, Godwin said, he came to give a routine briefing on the activities of the bank. Mr Kingsley Oshiegbu was arraigned before an Ikeja high court yesterday, 2nd of April, with the crime charge of killing his neighbor, Ifeoma Ndidi. The heart breaking incident occurred April 1st 2015, in lagos state. Reports shows that, the deceased and the said man had some misunderstanding, while exchanging words with each other, Kingsley out of anger gave the woman a blow which made her unconscious subsequently leading to her death. It was reported that, the detained man has been in custody for the past 2 years. The judge, Justice Hakeem Oshodi, has however, adjourned the case till 26th June, 2017 for his judgement.

Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the ooni of Ife, has spoken to the news in town, that, he and Oba Akiolu, the Oba of Lagos had a disagreement. He said the media is misinterpreting his relationship with the said Oba. He said this while speaking with news men in port Harcourt. He added that, there was no misunderstanding between them what so ever. He mentioned that, he had a relationship with the king while he was still a prince and when he worked as an entrepreneur in lagos. He further added that, he respect the lagos monarch, and he will continue to respect him.

Ibadan customary court as on Tuesday, 2nd of may dissolve a 24 years marriage between, Fatimah and her husband, Abdulkareem. The case was head by the court president, Mr Ademola Odunade. The wife Mrs. Fatimah complained that her husband drinks to stupor and has abandoned her and their child. The said man was also alleged of raining curse on their son and his wife, therefore requesting for a divorce. This decision was taken to ensure peace to reign. The husband,  Abdulkareem was therefore asked to pay a sum of 5,000 naira for their son's upkeep monthly, and also to bill his school fees and welfarism.

The woman was said to have been with fibroid for 14 years of her life without any issue. In an attempt to remove the fibroid she got duped by this man of God. Today at the mortuary of plateau specialist hospital in Jos, an hilarious thing happened as a corpse, who was being prepared for burial, Choji Zeng, by name got hold of his living brother's hand, while the brother was dressing him up for his burial. The relatives around during this incident ran out in fear and it got them in shock. The incident got the attention of the mortuary attendants who help in separating their hands. The attendants further mentioned that, such incident has occurred before and this was not the first time it will happen. Zeng was reported to have died of liver disease, he aged 35 years. Zeng and his brother were reported to have fought over a land inherited from their parents, but no reports shows him responsible for his brother's death.

Miss Ayomide Ariyibi, a 100 level student of the university of Lagos (UNILAG), Department of Employee Relations and Human Resource Management has allegedly committed suicide after she was being accused of stealing her roommate's lipstick, clothe and powder. Her roommates had reported that they found the stolen items in 3 different bags. Ayomide was reported to have taken her life on Friday after her roommates disgraced her of stealing their properties. According to information gathered, a Mechanical Engineering student of UNILAG, Ajani Damilola, shared the story on his Facebook account, saying that, after being accused, Ayomide called her mother on the phone to inform her of what happened. Governor Ben Ayade, the cross River State's governor as at yesterday, 30th April, paid his worker's salary for the month of May. Governor Ben is known for his welfare policy and solidarity with the workers of his state. Moreover, it was recorded that, the said governor had paid his workers salaries on the first day of may last year. Faster this year, as he paid it on the eve of this year's may. Workers had earlier complained of getting paid too early since the governor emerged his position 2015. But, governor Ben has broken the record by this act of his. Dr. Bukola Saraki, the senate president, has spoken during the 31st Annual Mawlid of Sheikh Ibrahim Niass in Ilorin, which was organized worldwide by the Majmahu Ahbab Shiekh Ibrahim Niass with members of Tijaniyah group movement across Nigeria and other Africa countries in attendance, during the weekend. In his speech, he urge Nigerians, regardless of our tribe and religion, not to stop interceding for President Buhari. They should also pray for Nigeria as a whole for peace and tranquility. In addition, Governor AbdulFatah Ahmed Persuades religious leaders in the country to Do away with all forms of hate preaching that could Cause crises among adherents of various faiths, especially youths.
